Paranormal Reports

I live in Northern California, and at least half of my friends have had something out of the ordinary happen that they just couldn't explain. But apparently my house is the only one where people consistently notice strange things happening. There are two spirits (that I know of) that stay in my house, and they both have specific "paths" that they walk every night.
When you walk in the front door of my house you walk right into the living room. To the left is the area where we have our TV and furniture, the dining area, and there's also the guest bedroom my parents added on about eight years ago. To the right is a hallway that leads to the rest of the bedrooms, and our main bathroom. On the left side of the hallway is my bedroom (directly across from the bathroom). Anyway, from the moment we added the guest room we've noticed that it's always the coldest room in the house. We've done everything we possibly can to heat it but nothing seems to take the chill out of the air. This didn't strike me as being strange until I was alone in the house one night, about a year after the additions had been built. I was up late watching TV, and my dog was sleeping peacefully on his blanket next to me. Suddenly I heard the floor creaking a bit in front of the guest room door (which was open). I figured it was just the house settling, since the room was still fairly new. But then my dog sat up and cocked his head, his ears perked, and stared at the bedroom door. The creaking continued across the dining room area and then behind the TV, as if someone was walking across the room. My dog turned his head as if watching someone walk, and even thumped his tail a bit in greeting. I sat frozen in my chair, but the creaking had stopped behind the TV. After five minutes or so I shrugged and went back to watching TV.
This "walking" has happened every night since that first time. My dog used to stare, and a few times he's gotten up and sniffed at apparently nothing, acting as if he was curious and/or unsure about what was back there. But now he just ignores it, I guess he figures it's part of the house or something. After a while I got really curious, and decided to get up to check it out. I stood right in the "walker"s path, and felt a patch of freezing cold air pass through me. When it stopped at the TV I walked over and waved my hand around. One little patch was freezing (I had goosebumps on my arm from the cold), but the surrounding are was of normal temperature. Exciting, but it scared the heck outta me. I never did that again.
My family's never noticed these happenings, when I mention them they just laugh at me. But when my friends stay the night, they wake me up and whisper that they heard someone walking around. I'm in college now, and the last time I had a few friends over all three of them heard walking and felt that moving cold patch. Over the years I've gotten really comfortable with this spirit, I actually like her a lot. Sometimes I'll even talk to her a bit (sounds crazy, but I hope you'll bare with me here). She's never answered verbally, but she will tap at the vertical blinds on the living room window. I know it's not the wind because there aren't any vents around there, and the windows are tightly sealed. This rarely happens when my family is around, for some weird reason it always happens when I'm alone. I'll be doing something, and a tiny section of the blinds will move. We play yes/no all the time. I ask a question, if the answer's yes she taps the blinds. Notice I call her "she"...I asked if she was female, and she tapped the blinds. I even figured out, she responds to the name Sara. I once asked how she liked the new paint in the living room, and she rattled away at the blinds. My boyfriend has also seen this happen, and after a while he got just as comfy with Sara as I am.
The other spirit that I know of hangs around my bedroom. I first noticed him about four years ago. I woke up in the middle of the night because I heard something rustling around in my closet. I have a very small, cramped room, so I hear every tiny squeak and creak that goes on. I thought maybe it was a mouse, then I noticed the floors creaking...more walking. The creaking started from my closet and moved around my entire room, then stopped at my bedside. I felt a distinct cold spot move from the foot of my bed up until I could feel it hovering just inches from my face. I laid perfectly still, and after a few minutes the entity backed up, and was gone. Every night, the same thing happens. Sometimes I'll feel a large, strong hand brush against my cheek, or even fingers running through my hair. I know it isn't Sarah, because this other spirit was walking around in my bedroom one night the same time Sara was tapping on the blinds (I know, I'm sounding really far fetched now...but I swear it's all true). A few times the entity in my bedroom has blown out candles (one time there was a black out, and when the spirit upset me by blowing out the candles...they lit back up!). When I first brought my boyfriend in my room the spirit knocked a vase off of a shelf, missing my boyfriend by barely an inch. I guess "he" was jealous or something. The spirit knocked stuff off of the shelf a few more times when my boyfriend was around at night, but it stopped a few weeks ago...maybe he got used to him? Anyway, the last thing I'll mention is that this spirit seems to love to tuck me in at night (I don't think he's a relative of mine though)...after his walk I'll feel a chill on my cheek or forehead, as if maybe he's kissing me good night. It's actually rather nice, because now I know I'm never alone at night.
