We are an independent registered not-for profit organization of parents and others supporting music education at Highland Regional High School. Membership in the association is open to all parents or guardians of any student participating in any music or color guard program at Highland Regional HS.

The association meets on the first Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise announced, in the band room at:
