Sometimes, the winter cloud deck is low enough to snag our hilltops at Morgan Territory, North of Livermore California.  This coyote wandered up the hill to look for ground squirrels and to remark its territory.  It seemed almost friendly compared to most, and it seemed of unusual color.  Gray is the usually color, not brown.  And the snout is very broad.  Is this part domestic dog?  A pit bull or what?
