February Fungi in Morgan Territory Regional Park 40
miles SE of San Francisco California. While we call these "pig's
ears" the true name is unknown to us. These are just another trailside
distraction at more than a foot across. Early Spring is our mushroom
season in central California because the autumn is dry as is late Spring.
