Deacon Sam Costantino's Diocesan Appointment Deacon Sam has been appointed by Bishop Bootkoski to be the next Director of the Diaconate. The appointment is effective 7/1/09. Deacon Sam will no longer be performing the job of Pastoral Associate Administration. He will however continue his diaconal ministry at the Church of the Holy Spirit.
