Intelligent creatures have managed to discover and clarify amazing phenomena such as the 11-year cycle of sunspots. However, the greater the knowledge, the greater the realm of recognized ignorance. An abundance of injustices have evolved in those cultures in which less than 80% of the adults have had adequate opportunities for as much self-learning as they desired. Such ever-changing injustices have stimulated transitory reforms that have sometimes shackled subsequent generations. Intelligent creatures have recognized their obligation for fellowship of all life. Intelligent creatures, except in dangerous fiction, cherish the co-existence of all species, whether terrestrial or extra-terrestrial, literate or pre-literate, micro or macro, ancient or new, predator or passive. This uncompleted universe imposes greater obligations upon those lucky enough to be more intelligent and/or better educated. Much evidence connotes that the human species will “die off” in less than a quadrillion years, Some evidence suggests that humans are presently capable of bringing an early ecocide so that the last-surviving human may have already been born. In recent centuries, humans have contributed to the extinction of an excessive number of species. Our ecological interdependence necessitates better opportunities for self-learning about survival of various intelligent species.
All individuals choosing to sign this Galakzial Declaration of Interdependence thereby become lifetime members of the Corporation of Seekers for Global Liberty and Government, sometimes known by its nick-name GLOBE-LIB, a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation started in 1979. The hundreds from many nations who have long been GLOBE-LIBBERS have had no meetings, but have lent their names for the co-sponsorship of GLOBE-LIB projects such as the Website www.dffcs.org.
