specializes in Single Family Residential drafting for a wide range of economic availability. We have 3 types of residential packages. The Builder Set, The Designer Set and the Owner Set.
In the Builder Set only the basic information of the home design is conveyed through the drawings. This set of drawing's are mainly for contractors and developers that prefer to build under the most economical means for the area where they are building.
In the Designer Set, the plans include more information for the home owner to take to a professional Interior Designer and have help from them to decide colors, finishes and so forth. The Designer Set also allows the contractor adequate information for them to provide the home owner with a budget price for all mechanical , electrical and plumbing fixtures.
In the Owner Set, the plans are completely customized by the owner. The owner is included in every aspect of the building design. All of the building products from window's to plumbing fixture's are picked out by the owner and provided to the contractor for a very precise cost estimate of the building.
