I have finished wrapping up Ultimate Rebate Tracker. It is available once again for demo purposes. Go
ahead and download it in its own section.

Only having some little time investigating which would be the best way to saving data in Ultimate Rebate
Tracker, replacing the old current technique way, I'll probably have to go the XML route. Looks like the best way to save data
and attempting to make it more robust. I still need to check it out fully, but I think XML is the best way. Will try to figure out
how to best utilize it. So this means two things: Ultimate Rebate Tracker will be released later today
without a new way to save data. I need time to research more into XML format and then write the code for it. This means that a lot
of change will be needed to be made to my program on how data is read in and saved. Current saving technique isn't a high failure
rate. Just a very rare failure rate.
Well, later today, I will compile the latest build that I have and put Ultimate Rebate Tracker up for
another round of demo'ing it. I do not know what time I'll be putting it up, but it'll probably be late in the day. Time to get
some sleep.

I had the time to finish up the statistics formatting in Ultimate Rebate Tracker. Looks a bit better
than before. Eliminated the need to use those dash lines to separate each section in the statistics report. Now I'm using the text
format styles. I've also managed to stumble on a better method of piecing together the statistics report page. I don't know how,
but I managed to squeeze out a 90.9% reduction for the time it takes to generate the report. Wow. 90.9% faster than the previous
code. The old code sure take its time to generate the results. Fixed a few errors within the program, fixed some spellings here
and there in the help files.
The only thing that's left for me to update the program on is to figure out what is the best way to eliminate a potential bug.
It has to deal with how information is written to the files and then when it's read in, will cause problems. The potential bug is
caused by using a certain character that I use for a marker (the = character) along with a carriage return prior to it. I don't
know if I can fix it in 1.0.0.1 or in a later release. It depends how clever I can be on eliminating the potential bug. If I
attempt to eliminate it now and include it into 1.0.0.1, it requires me to do a workaround first, then find another way to
eliminate the bug completely in a future version. The only problem if I implement any fixes as of now, I would need to change how
the file's contents are saved, which means destroying backward compatibility with rebate files created with 1.0.0.0. So I'll have
to decide the smart way and balance the compatibility versus stability versus the time it takes to code in the fix.
Right now, I need to stop coding for the time being and start working on my homeworks. I cannot risk falling behind in any
school subjects. I need to get better grades. Last semester was a good improvement. But I want to get better grades and improve
even more. So, in the end, if I have time, I'll try to incorporate a fix. If not, then I won't and release the program without it.
The potential bug is very low to make it active. There's nothing to worry about, as no one has yet to even report this bug in. I
found it on accident.
Well, time for me to get some sleep, and then start being studious later on in the day. If anything is going to happen,
Ultimate Rebate Tracker should be released this Sunday, September 12. Unless I find more problems with it,
which I doubt, it'll be released on that date.

Well, I managed to finally get some progress out of formatting the statistics report from Ultimate
Rebate Tracker program. Basic formatting is now presentable in the statistics. Colors, underlining, bold, etc... are now
possible for me to do. Now I just need to find the time to redo some parts of the statistics output from the program. Sad that
tomorrow, I need to head back to school and start working on the senior design project and whatever that can be done at school. So
programming the stuff into Ultimate Rebate Tracker will happen when I get back from school, and given that
I have time to program the stuff in. Now I can rest a bit easy knowing that the statistics output will look a bit better with some
basic formatting options applied. I'm hoping that I can get Ultimate Rebate Tracker updated and
re-released sometime this weekend. I don't want to spend time that I don't have on the program if I need time to be spent somewhere
else (read: homeworks and projects).

Decided to take a little bit of my time from my busy schedule to update my Hyperhidrosis
section. Mainly updated the 2nd to the last page of Hyperhidrosis. Updated it for current status
and a couple of pictures. I'm glad that people still find my hyperhidrosis adventure helpful and
the path to finding a "cure" for hyperhidrosis.
One down, one more to go for my website. Now I need to find some time to program and update my Ultimate
Rebate Tracker program. Hopefully, I can get it done this weekend, although no promises. I have a boat load of homeworks and
projects to do. I wonder where can I find more time to allocate to these busy tasks...

Been busy since my last update on August 27th. College has already started by now. I already got homework due this coming week,
so those will need to be done before I do anything else. This includes updating Ultimate Rebate Tracker to
renew the demo's date that is expiring later tonight. Not to mention adding some leftover stuff that I meant to add to the program
too. The only thing that should've gone up and is up by now is my Doom 3 (PC) review. It was suppose
to come out last month, but I never found the time to update the website from my busy schedule. It follows my review technique that
I did with Dead To Rights (Xbox) video game review.
Well, my plan right now is after updating my website (which is now), I'm going to go back completing all my homeworks first.
High priority. Next, I will then get to Ultimate Rebate Tracker and start updating the program. I will also then start coding on my
senior design project, as I have to work around some compiling issues. After all these things are accomplished, I'm betting that
I'll then have another round of homeworks and more school related activities to keep me busy, thus keeping me away from updating my
website. Well, off I go to indulge myself in knowledge.
