After going through this whole guide, you should've accomplished at least setting up 2 computers and 1 potential mobile user to
access the Internet through the router sharing your Comcast broadband cable modem with firmware 1.42.7 and be able to use mIRC
connecting to IRC servers that require identification and using DCC Send.
If you are having any troubles, you should go to the following websites:
|
Delilama's Linksys Links |
This is a very good website that has links to a lot of information for your Linksys needs.
Check the site out! |
|
Broadband Reports' Linksys Forum |
This is a major Linksys forum (in my opinion), and you can get help here quicker than
anywhere else. |
|
Practically Networked Linksys Help Page |
This is a good support web page for the Linksys BEFSR41. A collection of help. |
|
Linksys |
Manufacturer's website. You can get the official support (should try the above links
first before reaching these folks) and/or download guides, firmwares, etc... |
This guide may contain errors, so if you do find any problems, please contact me promptly. I
have tried to provide this guide with as much accuracy as I can. By the way, do not contact me if you have questions outside of the
guide. Visit Broadband Reports' Linksys Forum, as they can help
you faster than I can.
Enjoy your Linksys router! Thanks for choosing my guide.
