Descriptions:  Our dolls are examined carefully and we take care to describe them as accurately as possible.  Heads are examined with a special light designed to show any damage or repair no matter how small.  We will mention all the imperfections that we find.   Please expect normal wear to antique bodies due to age. If body wear such as scratches or nicks bother you, please email me for additional pictures and ask specific questions about body condition.  Please ask all questions in advanced. Remember as much as we love them, these dolls were children’s toys and played with by children. 

Payment Options:  We accept cashier’s check, money order, personal check, wire transfer and credit card payments via PayPal. 

           PayPal: Please add 2% to the total for doll purchases made via.

Postage:   We take much care in packaging our dolls, however insurance is required to protect the purchaser against possible damage made in shipping.  In most cases UPS is the most economical means of shipping large packages.  We will be happy to work with on your shipping preferences.

Returns:   Dolls described “as is” are non-refundable.   For all other dolls we give a three-day return privilege if you change your mind for whatever reason.  We do require though that you notify us within 3 days of receipt that you will be returning the doll.  The return must be post marked within 7 days, insured for the full amount and returned in the exact condition that it was received.  Postage costs will not be refunded unless return is due to an unacceptable flaw not mentioned in the description. 

Layaway:  Layaway is offered for payment plans up to 6 months in 6 equal payments.    To hold a doll, we require initial payment within 7 days of the agreement, subsequent payments are due the same date of every month.  If a payment is 30 days overdue, the purchase is considered cancelled. Cancelled layaways will result in credit to be applied toward a future purchase redeemable within one year of the cancellation.  Because layaway prevents a doll from being sold to another buyer, there are no refunds on layaway unless the doll is discovered to be unacceptable due to flaws not mentioned in the description.
