POLICY POSITIONS AND DIRECTION

  • Our Mission Statement will continue to be:

Promote and strive to continually upgrade the quality of the conservation and recreation of Hudson Lake.

  • We will continue our policy of including everyone into our association who is interested in supporting the well being of Hudson Lake.

  • Our membership will continue to be voluntary.

  • The annual membership fee will continue to be $25,  payable on May 31st each year.

  • Each lot will have 2 votes for elections and for any required voting on project items.

  • We will not allow Hudson Lake to be privatized.

  • We will not become a governing body.

  • If a voluntary pledging program becomes necessary to generate funds,  it will only be implemented when adequate funds can not be obtained by the Fund Raising Team.

  • We will continue to be project driven.   There are no plans to schedule large meetings.

  • Our website at www.hudsonlakeindiana.com is available for members seeking information regarding our association.   The New Carlisle Library carries our domain on their website.   This enables linking to our website at the library for those not having a computer.

  • Emails and U.S. Mail may also be used for major communications.

  • Issues with projects are to be reported to the Project Manager.

  • Issues or topics, not relating to a project, are to be reported to the President.   The President may resolve the issue or create a project to do so.

 :

  • Please direct any members in our association wishing to participate in our projects or organizational efforts to me.   Also, if any of you wish to extend your responsibilities, please contact me.

If you have any questions or would like to help in any way, please contact Bill Companik, President (574) 654-3066
