Status:
The website has been entirely installed. Upgrades will
continue to be installed, and the published information
will continue to be brought up-to-date.

Nominations and Elections
Project Manager to be named
During the 1st quarter of 2006, conduct our association's
first nomination and election of our President,
Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer.
Status:
Our current Board of Directors have volunteered to remain as
our elected officers.
(Project closed effective 1-25-2006).

Procure monetary support from political channels,
corporations, county foundations and local merchants.
Status: Project is On Hold until additional funds become
necessary to maintain our lake.

5 Membership Communications

Communicate important current Organizational and Project
information via e-mail to members and ensure that this
information is posted on our HLCA website by Website
Manager. Also, coordinate with the Membership Roster Manager regarding
current members and their new or changed E-mail IDs.
Members not using or not having e-mail function may stay
informed via a friend or relative, or by using our New
Carlisle Library computers. A link to our homepage is
posted on their menu.
Status:
Our Membership Communications Network has been installed and
is being maintained as required.

6 Membership Roster

Manage the integrity and completeness of our membership
roster. Ensure that new, renewed and not-renewed members
are clearly identified on the roster.
Coordinate with the Treasurer to ensure that the roster is
consistent with the annual fee payment ledger. Also,
coordinate with the Communications Manager regarding current
members and their new or changed E-mail IDs.
Status:
The roster has been installed and is being maintained as
required.
