Grandmother Rebecca; my G. Grandfather John (single); and his brother Elijah (single). A John COOLEY, believed to be my G. Grandfather, is shown in Cass County, GA records as marrying my G. Grandmother, Lydia Ann Kirkpatrick, on 10 December 1850 in Cass County, GA after the referenced U. S. Census of Cass County, GA was taken. My John COOLEY, with his Wife, Lydia Ann Kirkpatrick COOLEY, is buried in the COOLEY Cemetery at Manchester, Marshall County, AL, outside Guntersville, in Marshall County, AL. In the 1860 U. S. My grandfather was born in Mooreville, Lee Co., MS in 1975. His obituary says he was born in Itawamba Co. My Uncle said that Mooreville became a part of Lee County ~1867. Looking for birth information about George Hamilton BATCHELDER born April 28, 1865 in Vermont; married to Nora Ellen STIGER. He lived in New Hampshire 1869, I have records of him in Candia, Rockingham Co. NH in 1880, and in Jackson Township, Sumner Co. Kansas in 1900. In 1949 he died in Oklahoma and is buried in Cowley Co. Jeremiah "Jerry" PARKER, born: in or
abt. 1795
in Maryland, who next surfaces in the 1830 Copiah County, Mississippi
with his
unnamed 1st wife and children and then, again, in the 1840 Copiah
County, MS
census and then in the 1840 Smith County, Mississippi Census with a 2nd
set of
children from either his first wife or, perhaps, another as of yet
unknown wife,
but along with his 2nd set of children in the 1840 census was his
2nd/3rd? wife,
my 2nd great grandmother, Sarah "Sally"
JENNINGS, with whom he would have his 3rd set of children
that are
accounted in the 1870 Rankin County, MS census with Sarah JENNINGS
PARKER as the
head of the household. There is a marriage for a Jeremiah PARKER and a
Sarah BAZAR in 1817 in Jefferson County,
Mississippi
that I have found but don't know, as of yet, if this is my Jeremiah
PARKER. If
anyone on this list might have any information, I would be most
