A lifelong resident, he attended local schools. During World War II, he served in the Army. Mr. Casey owned and operated the Meetinghouse Hill Barber Shop for over 30 years, and later worked for the U.S. Postal Service in Portland and South Portland, retiring in 1994. He was a member of the First Congregational Church of South Portland, the Eskimo Men's Club, Hiram Masonic Lodge and St. Alban's Commandery Knights Templar, Scottish Rite Valley of Portland.2 He resided at South Portland, Cumberland County, Maine, circa 26 July 1998.3
