Calista Haven was born at Newport, Sullivan County, New Hampshire, on 13 November 1837.2,1 She was the daughter of James Haven and Calista Freeto.1,2,3 Calista Haven married after 20 June 1860, Lorenzo Dexter Dow, son of Lorenzo Dow Huntress and Sarah Carter.4,1,5 Calista Haven died of heart disease, mitral regurgitation, with arterio sclerosis contributing at Newport, Sullivan County, New Hampshire, on 20 November 1922 at age 85.2
She was buried at North Newport Cemetery, Newport, Sullivan County, New Hampshire, on 22 November 1922.4
