     Arthur George Huntress was born at Hiram, Oxford County, Maine, on 17 June 1875.1 He was the son of Henry Clinton Huntress and Mary Jane Day.1 Arthur George Huntress died on 10 February 1877 at age 1 year, 7 months and 24 days.1 He was buried at Riverside Cemetery, Cornish, York County, Maine, Inscription reads:

     Arthur Wallace Huntress was born at 24 McLean St, Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, (apparently a home for unwed mothers) on 17 April 1891.4,5,6,7,8,1,9,10,11 He was the son of Annie Estella Huntress.1 Arthur Wallace Huntress married at Brattleboro, Windham County, Vermont, on 25 October 1928, at age 37, Eleanor May Vaughan, age 31, daughter of Henry Vaughan and Elsie (--?--), ceremony performed by Rev. Paul F. Swarthout [marriage certificate curiously lists Frank Huntress, born in Sandwich, N.H., as his father].11,12 Arthur Wallace Huntress died in April 1965.6
     George M Moulton and Arthur Wallace Huntress were grandfather and grandson, on 29 June 1900.9 He was listed as the head of a family on the 1910 Census at Sanbornton, Belknap County, New Hampshire.

     Asa Huntress was born at Shapleigh, York County, Maine, on 12 March 1788. He was the son of Maj. Darling Huntress Esq. and Mary Warren. Asa Huntress died after 1854.
     He resided at Florida, Orange County, New York. In 1807 he had by his father 70 acres at Shapleigh.1 In 1841 he was "supposed to be in New York."2 Asa was a yeoman at Ghent, Columbia County, New York, in 1854.

     Asenath Huntress was born at Hiram, Oxford County, Maine, on 26 November 1831.1 She was the daughter of John Huntress and Emma Lord. Asenath Huntress (of Hiram) married at Saco, York County, Maine, on 8 February 1858, at age 26, Austin B. Bryant, age 22, of Saco, son of Leander Bryant and Elizabeth B. Randall.2 Asenath Huntress died on 28 July 1902 at age 70.
