     Eunice Gertrude Huntress was born at Kingston, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, on 17 October 1917.2,3,4,1 She was the daughter of Clarence Albert Huntress and Addie Dorothy Tucker.1 Eunice Gertrude Huntress married on 24 October 1932, at age 15, Rev. Charles Stanley Stevens, age 20, son of Ralph Stevens and Rachel Pugh.5 Eunice Gertrude Huntress died at her residence after a long illness at Mountain Road, Cape Neddick, York County, Maine, on 17 March 1997 at age 79.2,1 She was buried at Stevens Family Cemetery on 20 March 1997.1
      She attended Newton, N.H., schools. Mrs. Stevens moved to York in 1935 and assisted her husband, the Rev. C. Stanley Stevens, at the Friendly Christian Tabernacle Church in Cape Neddick after 1947. Prior to that, they had been at the Agamenticus Christian Church. She played the organ, piano and sang at the church. She enjoyed crocheting and had operated a gift shop from her home for 15 years.1 She and Rev. Charles Stanley Stevens resided at Cape Neddick, York County, Maine, on 22 May 1954.6

     Eva Mabel Huntress was born at Newton Junction, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, on 23 May 1903.2,1,3,4,5 She was the daughter of Clarence Albert Huntress and Addie Dorothy Tucker.1 Eva Mabel Huntress married on 7 April 1931, at age 27, Walter Prescott Shaw, age 24, son of Walter Orin Shaw and Fanny Cushman.6,7 Eva Mabel Huntress died on 29 December 1998 at age 95.2,1
      She had lived in the South Kingston and Newton areas of New Hampshire as a child, then lived in Wenham, Mass, while earning her BA degree in Business Education from Salem Normal School in 1925. She taught school in Provincetown, Mass, and Canton, Mass. She held employment at Canton Co-Operative Bank, Raytheon, and Cumberland Farms, respectively, until 1975.
She moved to the Conway area in 1976, and became lovingly known as the "Button Lady," for her vast collection of collectible and everyday buttons. She was a member of the Massachusetts Button Society. She also enjoyed an extensive library and was an avid Yard Saler.
For the past ten years, Eva was the eldest member in attendance at the Huntress Family Reunion, held each August in either New Hampshire or Maine.1 Eva Mabel Huntress was a public school teacher at Canton, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, in 1930.4 She was listed as the head of a family on the 1930 Census at 442 Washington Street, Canton, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.

Huntress married at Maine on 30 March 1905, at age 23, Russell Albert Parkman, age 24, (both) of South Berwick, son of George W. Parkman and Melissa Robinson.3,4,10,2 Eva S.      Everett Leonard Huntress was born at Haverhill, Essex County, Massachusetts, on 30 September 1924.2,1,4,3 He was the son of LLewellyn Leavitt Huntress and Agnes Lena Kimball.3 Everett Leonard Huntress married before 21 September 1950, Barbara Elizabeth Bayley.5 Everett Leonard Huntress married after 1957, Maria Lisa Guerrero.6 Everett Leonard Huntress died at St. Joseph's Hospital, 1515 Main Street, Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, on 29 September 1999 of respirtory failure as a result of chronic obstructive lung disease at age 74.3,7 He was cremated at Greenwood Memory Lawn Crematory, Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, on 5 October 1999.3
