Frederick Albion Huntress died at his apartment at the Hotel Somerset at Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, on 27 January 1926 at age 56.5,3

     He received a A.B., electrical engineering degree from Harvard, in 1891.7 Between 1 September 1895 and 18 August 1902 he returned from visiting Nova Scotia as a tourist and arriving back in Boston nine times on passenger ships primarily from Nova Scotia. On 21 Aug 1899 he described his occupation as superintendent. Frederick Albion Huntress was a manager employed by The Rio de Janeiro Tramway, Light & Power Co.7 He resided at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1913.7

     Frederick William Huntress was born (twin) at South Eliot, York County, Maine, on 29 March 1876.2,3,4,1 He was the son of Charles Edwin Huntress and Mary Eva Dixon.1 Frederick William Huntress married at South Portland, Cumberland County, Maine, on 4 June 1903, at age 27, Caroline Wainwright Lowell, age 25, daughter of Charles Orrington Lowell and Hannah Margaret Gibson, ceremony performed by W. P. Lord, Clergyman, South Portland.1 Frederick William Huntress died at Scarborough, Cumberland County, Maine, on 9 September 1965 at age 89 years, 5 months and 11 days.3,5,4 He was buried at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, South Portland, Cumberland County, Maine, on 10 September 1965.4
      He was "a faithful workman and a responsible husband and father, he was a man born a century too late. He loved gardening, fishing, gunning, berrying - anything out of doors. He went gunning for ducks almost every year - perhaps every year - from the time he was twelve or so until he was almost eighty; he was a fine shot and a good boatman. He probably remembered every duck or partridge he ever shot.
At seventy-five he sculled a gunning float alone from Flying Point to Willard Beach, fifteen or sixteen miles of Casco Bay in freezing weather.
