     Mary Huntress was born 1 at Portsmouth, New Hampshire, circa 1675.2 She was the daughter of George Huntress and Mary Natt. Mary Huntress married at Portsmouth, New Hampshire, on 21 June 1694, Henry Seward, of Portsmouth, ship builder, son of John Seward and Agnes (--?--), ceremony performed by Rev. John Pike.3,4,5 Mary Huntress died circa 1760.2
     Mary owned the Covenant at North Church, Portsmouth, New Hampshire, on 9 December 1716.6

Mary Huntress married at Tewksbury, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, on 28 May 1844, at age 33, Jonas Longly Parker, age 32, of Manchester, innkeeper, son of Jonas Longly Parker and Elizabeth (--?--), and widower of Caroline Hardy.2 Mary Huntress died of cancer at Portsmouth, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, on 24 June 1869 at age 58.3
     Mary Parker and her son James L. Parker was listed on the 1850 Census at Portsmouth, Rockingham County, New Hampshire, living with her sister Sarah and husband John Henry Bailey.4

Bates.1 Mary Huntress married, as his second wife, at Charlestown, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, on 25 November 1871, at age 25, James Edward Bacon, age 24, a carpenter, son of Dea.
