She served as Precinct Chairwoman, a Vice Ward Chairwoman, and was an Indiana Delegate to the National Republican Convention. Tess also was instrumental in helping organize the North side S.C.O.R.E. Club and had an avid life long passion for playing bridge.1

     William Truman Loomis was born at Dover, Buffalo County, Wisconsin, on 30 May 1868.1,2 He was the son of Squire Prouty Loomis and Mary Elizabeth Huntress. William Truman Loomis married on 9 January 1905, at age 36, Emma Roehrig, age 24, daughter of Robert Roehrig and Anna Sager.
      William Truman Loomis was a farmer at Mondovi, Buffalo County, Wisconsin. He was living 1930.
