     Auwelda Huntress Smith was born at Ansonia, New Haven County, Connecticut, on 7 August 1886.1,2 She was the daughter of Herbert H I Smith and Florence L Hayden.1 Auwelda Huntress Smith married at Quincy, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, on 21 June 1906, at age 19, James Allen Melville, age 24, son of Charles T Melville and Sarah A Rex, ceremony performed by Alfred Ray Atwood, Minister, Quincy.1 Auwelda Huntress Smith died after 27 April 1942.

     Benjamin F. Smith was born at Fitzwilliam, Cheshire County, New Hampshire, on 13 September 1831.2,1 He was the son of Martin Smith and Grace Hurd Child.1 Benjamin F. Smith died of ceberul apoplexy at Hinsdale, Cheshire County, New Hampshire, on 15 September 1899 at age 68.1

     Burleigh E. Smith was born at Strafford, Orange County, Vermont, on 8 February 1817. He was the son of Capt. Waitstill Smith and Lucy Hunt. Burleigh E. Smith married on 30 September 1845, at age 28, Julia Ann Bishop, daughter of Peter Bishop and Mary Hovey. Burleigh E. Smith died on 12 April 1894 at age 77.
     Burleigh was a farmer at Strafford, Orange County, Vermont. Administration on his estate was granted on 23 April 1894 to Arthur E.(7) Smith "only heir".1
