(calculated from 1840 Census).3,1,4,5 He was the son of James Warren and Elizabeth Hasty.1,2,3 Aaron Warren married at Second Church, Berwick, York County, Maine, on 4 March 1782, Keziah Huntress, age 21, (both) of Berwick, daughter of Darling Huntress and Love Hearl, and brother of her brother Darling's wife Mary, and brother of her brother William's wife Elizabeth, and brother of her cousin George's wife Jane, ceremony performed by Rev. Matthew Merriam.6,2,1,7 Aaron Warren died on 25 March 1821.8,9
      He was a soldier in the Revolution.10,1 Aaron Warren was a yeoman and physician at Shapleigh, York County, Maine.2 He enlisted in the Revolution in 1778 at Massachusetts as a private in Capt. Silas Burbank's company, Col. Samuel Brewer's Massachusetts regiment, serving for Massachusetts. Aaron Warren was listed as the head of a family on the 1790 Census at Shapleigh, York County, Maine. In his family were one male over 16 years of age (Aaron), one under (William), and four females (Keziah, Nancy, Ada and Sarah).11 Aaron "Warrin" was listed as the head of a family on the 1800 Census at Shapleigh, York County, Maine. In his family were. In his family were one male 10-16 (William), one 26-45 (Aaron), one female 0-10 (Eunice), two 10-16 (Sarah and Ada), one 16-26 (Nancy), and one 26-45 (Keziah).12 Aaron Warren was listed as the head of a family on the 1810 Census at Shapleigh, York County, Maine. In his family were one male between 10 and 16 (unk), one 45 and over (Aaron), one female less than 10 years of age (unk), two between 16 and 26 (Ada and Eunice), one between 26 and 45 (unk), and one 45 and over (Keziah).13 He applied for a military pension on 14 September 1818.14 Aaron Warren was listed as the head of a family on the 1820 Census at Shapleigh, York County, Maine. In his family were one male under 10 (unk), one over 45 (Aaron), one female under 10 (unk), one 10-16 (unk), one 26-45 (unk), and one over 45 (Keziah).15 Aaron Warren, of Shapleigh, farmer, age 60 petitioned York County Courthouse, Augusta, Kennebec County, Maine 19 July 1820 for a supplementary military pension for service in the Revolutionary War as a private in the company commanded by Captain Silas Burbank, in the regiment commanded by Colonel Samuel Brewer, in the line of the State of Massachusetts. In his family were Kezia Warren, wife, age 60, Eunice Russel, daughter, 26, her husband killed in the late War, and her two children Rosamond, 7, and Benjamin, 5. He declared among other things to own about 60 acres of land in Shapleigh, a small hut thereon, and no barn or other building, four small steers and a cow.16 His will dated 5 March 1821, proved 14 Apr 1821, mentions his wife Keziah, son William, daughters Eunice (Russell), Nancy (Russell), Ada (Rogers) and Sarah (Wentworth) and grandsons James Warren and Benjamin Russell, both under 21.17

     Mary Warren was born at Kittery, York County, Maine, in 1753.2,3,4,5,1 She was the daughter of James Warren and Elizabeth Hasty. Mary Warren married at Second Church, Berwick, York County, Maine, on 13 January 1778, Maj. Darling Huntress Esq., age 21, (both) of Berwick, son of Darling Huntress and Love Hearl, and sister of his sister Keziah's husband Aaron, and sister of his brother William's wife Elizabeth Rhoda, and sister of his cousin George's wife Jane, ceremony performed by Matthew Merriam.6,7,8,9,1 Mary Warren died on 23 November 1800.10,5,11
      The will of James Warren 17 September 1791 mentions "my daughter Mary Huntress."12
