Mahala C Watson married on 15 September 1839, at age 30, Truman A Huntress, age 21, son of George Huntress and Mercey/Marcy Terry, and sister to his brother George's wife Lydia, ceremony performed by Rev. Peter Whitney.7 Mahala C Watson died of old age at Quincy, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, on 22 October 1887 at age 78.6
