     Rev. Samuel Whiting was born circa 1633.¹ He married at Lynn, Essex County, Massachusetts, on 12 November 1656, Dorcas Chester, age 19, daughter of Lenord Chester and Mary Sharp.² Rev. Samuel Whiting died at Billerica, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, on 28 February 1712/13.¹
