James Drisco was born on 16 April 1750.2 He married at South Church, Portsmouth, Rockingham Co, New Hampshire,, on 12 August 1773, at age 23, Elizabeth Huntress, age 22, daughter of George Huntress and Sarah Lang, ceremony performed by Rev. Samuel Haven.3 Capt. James Drisco was baptized at South Church, Portsmouth, Rockingham Co, New Hampshire, on 15 June 1778 by Rev. Samuel Haven as James Disco as an adult.4 He married, secondly, say 1806, Jane Schroeder.5 Capt. James Drisco died on 19 March 1812 at age 61.5,1,2 He was buried at Point of Graves Cemetery, Portsmouth, Rockingham Co, New Hampshire, (No. 34). His gravestone inscription reads:
