John Pickering's Company entering service 20 April 1758 and discharged 30 Oct 1758.9 His deed of on 15 May 1758 mentions his brother-in-law Guideon Walker who married Eleanor Bickford. Beginning in 1758 and ending in 1761 he sold it in various parcels, the southerly part to his brother-in-law Guideon Walker, the northerly part along the river to John Stevens, husband of his first cousin once removed Elizabeth Huntress.
