 Re:              Backyard BBQ Baskets

The date for the Backyard BBQ is Monday, June 7th with a rain date of June 8^th.  This event is one of our biggest fundraisers and the raffle baskets are a huge part of its success!  Please donate new items in accordance with the theme of your child’s classroom basket.  If you wish, you may send a cash donation instead of an item and your child’s room mother will purchase themed items.

 Although this is not mandatory we ask and encourage all students to participate.

 Also, if you or a business you know would like to make a raffle donation or help defer the cost of this event please let us know.  The lower the cost to run this event the more profit will go back to the students and teachers of the Hurld community.

 The themes for each grade this year are as follows:

Kindergarten:     Dining Out

 1^st Grade:            Hooked on Books

 2^nd Grade:           Lottery Tickets  

3^rd Grade:            Summer Fun

 4^th Grade             Backyard BBQ

 5^th Grade             Boston Sports
