Pennsylvania Sled Dog Club Tug Hill Challenge, Lorraine NY Feb 27 & 28, 1999 Trail conditions were excellent on Saturday with temperatures running from the teens to the mid 30s. Sunday started out well with the temperature in the mid 20s. Unfortunately, the temperature climbed to the mid 30s and it began to rain heavily. As result, all classes after the Skijoring class, were canceled for the day.
