The last Will and Testament of Sarah See late of the town of Wilton deceased, relating to both real and personal estate together with the proof thereof recorded on the 27th day of April 1874.
At a Sorrogate's Court held at the Village of Saratoga Springs in and for the County of Saratoga on the 27th day of April 1874.
Present: Cornelius A. Waldron Surrogate.
Be it remembered that a Surrogates Court held on the 23rd day of March 1874 Andrew J. See the person named as executor in a certain instrument in writing dated the 18th day of May 1870 purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Sarah See appeared and presented said instrument for probate and at the same time made satisfatory proof that said Sarah See died on the 30th day of July 1870 being at the time an inhabitant of the County of Saratoga and that she left her surviving the following named persons, to wit: Martin See [husband] Andrew M. See and Charles F. See [grandchildren through son George, deceased at the time of probate]. All of full age and who are all and the only heirs at law and next of kin of the said deceased. And thereupon a citation was issued to said heirs at law and next of kin citing them and each them to appear before the Surrogate at his office in the Village of Saratoga Springs in said County of Saratoga on the 27th day of April 1874 at 10 oclock A.M. to attend the proof and probate of said Will. And now at this day the said Andrew J. See again appeared and returned said citation with proof of the due and legal service of the same on all to whom directed and made application to have said Will admitted to probate
In the matter of proving the last Will and Testament of Sararh See deceased Saratoga County SS: George W. King of the town of Wilton in the County of Saratoga does depose and say that he and one Caroline [JONES] See [wife of the late son George who had died March 1] late of Greenfield in said County are subscribing witnesses to the last Will and Testament of Sarah See And this deponent further says that the said deceased did, in the presence of this deponent and of the said Caroline See subscribe her name by making her mark as and for her signature at the end of the instrument which is now shown to this deponent and which purports to be the last Will and Testament of the said deceased And this deponent further sayd that the said Caroline See is dead. G.W. King. Subscribed and Sworn this 27th day of April 1874 before me.

"To all whom it may concern. I Sarah See of the town of Wilton County of Saratoga and State of New York make and publish thie to be my last Will and Testament: First: I bequeath unto my husband Martin See all my property that shall be left after paying my debts and funeral expenses: Second: I nominate and appoint my son Andrew J. See as my executor. In witness of the above I have here unto set my hand and seal this 18th day of May in the year 1870. [son George is not mentioned]
