have been using hypnotherapy since 1994 to help people take control and make
changes in their lives. I particularly enjoy working with issues related to
pregnancy and birth, using hypnosis and deep relaxation techniques for
everything from infertility to breech babies. I passionately believe in a
woman's ability to have a calm and enjoyable pregnancy and birth, and teach
HypnoBirthing® to groups and privately. |

love working with children, to help with sleep problems, anxieties,
preparation for medical procedures, and other behavioral issues. I am a
certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, and athlete and have worked
with professional and competitive athletes to maximize athletic performance. |
