| As a health awareness
educator, I bring my personal experience, as well as my
professional expertise to the pain and stress management
classes taught at Highline Community College and various
other locations throughout the community. Classes focus on
practical self-help techniques for living in wellness rather
than illness, through personal growth and awareness.
Classes currently being offered are "HypnoBirthing-The
Mongan Method", "Beyond Stress Management...the Body, Mind,
Spirit Connection", "Fibromyalgia, Polymyalgia, Chronic
Fatigue Syndrome and Chronic Pain" and "Health Awareness for
Seniors". My holistic approach to healing focuses on
anxiety and stress management; as well as addressing the
underlying issues affecting the individual's health. I
offer Private Counseling, as well as classroom study. |

My practice Community Midwifery Service, is in the
Montlake area of Seattle, with the Community Birth and Family Center. We
also have an office on Vashon, and see clients there on Saturday. I practice
with Leslie Schear, we are licensed midwives, and deliver in the birth
center and at home. I have found hypnosis has been a great help to our
clients, and for me to gain a greater understanding of who they are, and
what they need to allow birth to happen naturally. |

beneficial and became a Certified HypnoBirthing practitioner as a
way to further enhance a positive birth experience. |
