Also be aware that it may take some time before you receive a response. When Neil is on tour, the volume of mail is astronomical!

IMPORTANT: If you are outside the United States, the membership fee is $16 (or $30 if you would like your packets to be sent via airmail). All funds must be in the form of U.S. funds.
