Biography
To that end, Robert set upon the
job of finding
and auditioning musicians to fill the empty positions within the band. And the search continues. Working solo, Robert continued
creating
his interpretation of blues, rock and metal music. 2004 saw the release
of his first full length album, entitled “Borrowed Time”.
Over time, several of the albums tracks garnered both
local and international airplay. The writing continued, and in May of 2006, Robert released his second full length album “Broken Things”. Again, many of this albums tracks gained limited national and international airplay. On June 3rd, 2009, Robert' home was burglarized. The thieves took all of his recording gear, his laptop computer, iPod, 5 string bass, two acoustic guitars, condensor microphone and miscellaneous other items. The biggest thing though, is they took nearly 10 years of recorded work. 2 completed full length CDs and an EP in the finishing stages of production. The gear can be replaced eventually. The work though, is gone. The only backups were on the laptop computer so, it's back to square one for Robert. At the time of this update, Robert is still in the process of piecing together the gear he needs to begin reconstructing the material lost in the burglary and fighting the subconscious effects of being a victim of such a crime in the first place. Part of that struggle is getting over the fear. What if someone hears him working and decides to come back for more? Would they finish the job and completely clean him out this time? A lousy place to be in mentally to be sure, never mind emotionally. The words and music on these pages were created, performed, recorded, mixed and mastered by Robert alone in his modest home studio. Though actively seeking musicians to complete a live band he continues to work alone to this day. On Air Interview
