For ages I had no details on this; thankfully inlay guru Jeremy at LGM Guitars got in touch April 2003:

"The guitar was built by Brian Calvert at Universal Jems, the Inlay was done by myself (Jeremy), at LGM Guitars and it was sold to someone I can't remember the name of right now LOL. It was built to be a personal guitar for Brian, but he decided to sell it instead. Hope that helps a bit." -- Jeremy
