Donna K. Dunio brings a wealth of leadership expertise to her executive coaching and consulting business, Leadership Solutions. She served as Executive Director for a major non-profit taking it from a deficit standing to a financially secure position, as Senior Vice President for a national publishing company and as Vice President of Communications and Human Resources for a multi-state manufacturing company enabling both to dramatically reduce turnover and measurably increase productivity, cross-departmental teamwork and customer/client satisfaction.
Donna is a Summa cum Laude graduate from a highly ranked Jesuit university with a triple major in Business Administration, Communications and Health and Human Services. She has provided Executive Coaching, Corporate Training and HR/Development/Board Leadership Training and Management Consulting for hundreds of individuals and non-profit and corporate clients throughout the United States. She is a Leadership Pennsylvania graduate chosen for the pilot program, one of 12 leaders from across the state of Pennsylvania, this year-long business/government program is similar to an MBA. In addition, she serves as adjunct professor and management consultant for a local community college. A CAPT MBTI graduate and senior instructor Donna has her advanced certifications in over a dozen disciplines among them, Train the Trainer, Performance Management, Communications, Leadership and Executive Coaching.
