I.C.O.N. stands for the International Confederation of Noble Heroes.  Founded by Rivven Forest, this group of courageous heroes fights a constant battle to preserve order in Paragon City.  Having seen how the lawless bands or villains caused nothing but destruction and chaos, Rivven set out to find like-minded heroes to help contain and push back the lawlessness that has become all to common in Paragon City.  Since it's inception, I.C.O.N. quickly became feared for it's many members and their unwavering dedication to justice.

Now, in times of crisis, the people of Paragon City rest a little easier knowing that I.C.O.N. is out there protecting them.
