First Amendment Issues

Gerard V. Bradley is Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame. He taught for nine years at the University of Illinois College of Law. Prior to that he was a trial lawyer in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. Professor Bradley is the President of the Fellowship of Catholic Scholars, coeditor of the American Journal of Jurisprudence, and vice-president of the American Public Philosophy Institute.
