Religious Liberty in the United States

William Bentley Ball is attorney-at-law in the firm of Ball, Skelly, Murren & Connell in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He is the author of Mere Creatures of the State: Education, Religion and the Courts published by Crisis Books, in its third printing. Mr. Ball has argued 10 cases before the United States Supreme Court and 22 cases before state courts on the "establishment of religion" clause and education.
