Incredible Edibles was founded in 1981 by Mabel Bialson . Starting with only her own ingenuity and passion for food, she quickly learned the ropes of the industry and grew her company into one of the most sought after high-end catering companies in the Bay Area.

In addition to special events catering, today Incredible Edibles offers iEdibles In-House Bistro—weekday corporate food service delivery. Wholesome, convenient and delicious meals are now available at an affordable price to your office door.

A New California Classic, evolved from the culmination of diversity and boundless resources.

The Bay Area is a confluence of cultural, ethnic, and climatic diversity, and offers countless sources for raw ingredients. We constantly search the area for the highest quality fresh produce, dairy and seafood available. An astounding number of small privately-run organic farms, mushroom growers, global-ethnic based vegetable growers, producers of cheese, wine, olive oil, vinegar, and eggs are within our reach, as well as scores of fishermen whose daily catch is available at the harbor or at farmers' markets, allow us to bring to you the best that this abundant community has to offer.
