Dearest Olsen Family....I have heard so much about you...I am sorry, my family was not able to be at your run....but I want you to know how hard I am praying for you...May God help all of you through this....May God Bless you and hold you close.....and hold Graham and Taylor with his loving strength.
Try to hold on to the knowledge that...through Jesus....one day your family will all be together again....happy and healthy and able to be together forever.....words and tears cannot express to you how much I am heartbroken for you.....and with all you are having to endure....
Give your 3 babes big hugs from our family....
We care about you all so much!!!!

Hello Olsen Family,
I found out about you early this a.m. as I ran in Forest Park. I found a pink/yellow band with the website written on it. And here I am. As a mother, I am touched to see the community come together around you as you fight this battle. I am also moved that you would take the time to educate others about this medical nightmare. I look forward to keeping up with you on this site. My best wishes are with you. Best. Surfer Girl

Hello Olsen family. Amazing website, amazing story. Your kids are breathtakingly beautiful.
Way back in the "journey" section, you wrote that you are not alone. That is SO true, as evidenced by the tens of thousands of people thinking of you and by the God that walks with you through this too difficult journey.
You can add us to the very long list of people keeping you in our prayers.
Much love,
Kara and Roger Cecil and family

I had heard comercials on the radio for your "Walk For Our Two Angels" and celebration for your childrens 3rd birthday. I spoke with an old friend of mine today (Kristen Carpenter) who started telling me she was in town for your walk and that she is a very dear friend to your family. She gave me your website address where I read your hard journey thus far, and I send my thoughts and prayers to your family! What beautiful children, the pictures on this website are priceless - they definately are two angels!

I heard about your family through my husband who works for Dave at Quiznos and was very touched by your story.
I know this must be a very trying time for you and your family, however, you have shown me again how the love of a child is the greatest gift of all no matter how long you have it.
My son is three and it touches me to my very soul, and words cannot express my feelings.
God bless you and keep you strong.

Knowing that it can't possibly be enough, the only words I can think of to tell you are how very sorry I am...both for your family, and also for Graham and Taylor. I admire your courage...you will be in my thoughts. Peace be with you and your family.

Kirstin and Ian-Yesterday at the walk-a-thon for the twins, and seeing those two precious angels made my heart go out to you. I remember meeting Taylor at Grandma Bev's last year along with Braden, and just remembering how precious and how excited she was to be around her family. Yesterday I saw that same look on her face, when I walked up and said Happy Birthday to her and Graham. You're in my thoughts and prayers daily. I love you all!!!

Hi All--
It was wonderful to meet you and all your extended family at the wedding. Braedon and Kirsten, you looked so beautiful. I'm sure Noah will write a song about that event sometime in the future. He was so moved by everyone's support and love. Speaking of that, we wanted you to know that although we couldn't be at the walk in person, we will have you and the twins especially in our hearts tomorrow. We hope to take our own special walk for your angels on the beach in the evening and send you our love with the setting sun. Fred and Melissa

Dear Kirsten, Ian, Braden, Taylor and Graham
We have shared many joyful times with our friends Tom and Whitney. With the heartbreaking news of Taylor and Graham came "...the times that try men's souls...". From that moment, your family has been in our thoughts and prayers. While there are no adequate words of comfort, we are in awe of your strength, courage and loving spirit, and we know that there is an Almighty who will reward your faith and provide your family the support and comfort so deserved in this time of need. We will be very pleased to join you, July 13th, on the "Walk for Our Two Angels". We wish you peace and love , and all of God's blessings. Beverly and Michael Harper

Hi Olsen family. I just wanted to let you know that I think about you all often. I am now in Singapore for training and will head to Cambodia next month. I'll continue to check your website periodically to see how you're doing. I hope your walk in a couple of weeks is a wonderful experience. I wish that I could be there to join you. Give my love to Taylor, Graham, and Braden With love, Kim Krutsch

Dear Kirsten,Ian,Braden,Taylor and Graham -
It's been FAR too long since we've seen each other! We've followed Taylor and Graham's journey since thier diagnosis and have kept these two sweet peas as well as the whole Braden/Olsen clan in our prayers. We TRULY admire the endless strength and faith that you have during such a difficult time. We look forward to surrounding you with love and support on July 16th.
Much love and many hugs to you all -

Ian, unfortuanately I have not seen or talked to you since high school. I just don't seem to get over the mountains as often as I would like. My mom sent me the article in The Oregonian the other day. Please know that my family and I are praying for you and your family. It is obvious that you and your wife love your children deeply. In our thoughts and prayers.

Ian and Kirsten,
It's Gavin Carpenter. Kirsten - we went to Lakeridge together. Ian - you and I met a couple times at some Duck games. This site and reading your story really moved me. It reminded me that as our lives go on it's not the destination or the length of the journey - it's the memories we create in each moment.
Let me know whatever I can do to help.
Gavin

Hello, Ian. You may not remember us - our contact was fairly brief at Clackamas High through Carolyn. She forwarded your story to us having received it from Thea and Mark Schreiber. Your children are beautiful and we also are touched by your stories and outpouring of love and support from the community. All your efforts will be repaid in some form or another. I Lost my 19yr old son last year June 25th at Rockaway Beach, Oregon in a drowning accident. He left behind a beautiful baby girl who is now 2. My heart and prayers are with you both. We have a girl at our church whose name is
Kayla McCullough who was just pronounced with an inoperable brain tumor and they are only giving her a year or less to live. I will create a prayer circle at our church for your
boys. Only God can perform our healing miracles if medicine cannot. My family feels your pain and our hearts go out to you and your family. I hope we can make the walk.
God Bless you all,
Risa Sullivan
