Doug Stern is a native of Canterbury, New Hampshire. His detailed style is a signature of his work and is evident in his original designs as well as in his Shaker renditions. He has been featured in the Concord Monitor and New Hampshire Magazine and is a member of New Hampshire's Own/ NH Stories, Inc.

Doug has elected to donate 5% of all profits to the American Cancer Society.
