Conservation

Conservation is bad.

Yes, I am insane. Yet hear me out.

By conserving we only prolong the inevitable. This planet. The one we are currently living on. It is doomed to die. Eventually.

Sure you say, eventually you say, yet here I do say. You, you say we should conserve for a better tommorow, while I boldly say we should use and squander for a chance of human life to live beyond this planets doom, and reach farther out into the unexplored vastness given us by God.

While my religion, like many others on Earth speak of God coming "eventually", and doing away with the unbelievers, I have to also believe the deity sumpreme doesn't want us to sit on our hands waiting for this to happen like a loved ones soon to come passing and an inheritance to be gained, but would prefer we strike outward from this, our planet.

So in this way, I see conservation as only prolonging our stay on Earth. As such conservation is only coddling humanity, instead of forcing us to search out ways for our race to survive in the cosmos.

The sooner we leave this planet and return with cargo, the sooner we build space stations far from our home planet insuring our races survival.

You conservationist are but mother hens seeking to protect the fledglings as they start off into life, holding them back when it is forward they need go. Wasted energies of intelligent peoples on a battle that is doomed by its nature to ignore the obvious.

Eventually we all die, Earth included. You wish humanity or the animals of this planet to survive? Then get us off this planet and onto habitations on other planets and the gold rush to leave Earth may suprise the elders of many religions.
