Poopalyzer.

What can I say. And when I get started where do I stop. Here we discover farts in a tube give off chemical signatures. We are amused, or disgusted, or a bit of both. Yet how long before some scientist comes up with a fartalyzer. What could it tell about you? Diseases you have, or had. Substances you have put in you. Where would it stop? Where does technology stop?

The humor element is still there when you envision a DUI roadblock, and people taking random fartalyzer test. Seeing defense lawyers use the mexican food defense to its best. The ads on television alone would probably cause me to die laughing. So at best we don't take this serious. At worst are other scenarios.

Could it be used to deny insurance? To send you to jail? Could its uses at any point not benefit you, but rather a medical institution or governing body politic? There is a problem. Has the medical institutions of this country joined hands with the government and passed rules and laws to allow each other more power? Well one would only have to ask someone who is detained or medicated upon medical order enforced by the law. How long before a government that preemptively attacks other countries, start preemptive health care. How long before courts require people be evaluated, that the evaluators start deciding everyone needs further assistance of some sort?

Well actually we already have that. The higher ups in their higher wisdom have seen how well the medical industry has dealt with mental illness. A heavy regime of drugs, and further drugs, combined with behavior modification classes have brought about mindless robots who drool on themselves and need to be spood fed. What better role model to lead the way in criminal education and reform. There you have it folks. What they cannot convert, they will control. No I didn't make that up, only saw it once and it is so true. New laws passed by most states now involve license suspension for many crimes that have nothing to do with driving.

So now everyone is getting into the act. If you smoke pot, drink, break a law, name one of many, you now are subject to a list of punishments. Since you were possibly arrested, there is jail of course. Bail out or get what is now reffered to as supervised release and wait for the ball to drop. Often many crimes will result in a judgement making it mandatory to go to some form of class. Many which are expected to decide whether you need more classes. Most are sanctioned by the medical establishment. Most have qualified psychologist or socialogist. Most will advise the patient needs further help.

So now the DMV gets wrapped up in the game. The cops already were there. The medical establishments version is gonna be tried. What is too funny to me is a war on drugs first reported on in the twenties, is still being fought. Funnier yet is they are adding to the list things considered drugs and jailing more people for things daily. Instead of admitting they have been fighting a loosing battle, they make more people criminals. How can I trust their war on terrorism when they haven't even won the war on drugs?

So now I close. I watch the failings of a dying beast. It thrashes around ripping it's own flesh asunder in an effort to rid itself of the parasites that have bored into its brain. Yeah my hobbies are a bit lame compared to political whackos like old George. Imagine his pride in being able to not only be a president once and rip everybody off, but be a president twice through proxy and again have the chance to rip everybody off.

No wonder they love America so much. We're the audience, and they, they are PT Barnum. "There's a sucker born every minute." Goes a long way in explaining why people vote for who they vote for.
