To greatly improve work access under the galley sink, and no longer have to worry about mashing the door into the front of the oven while performing service, replace the original hinge pings with a set of new pins. Make the new pins from a straight piece of heavy wire with a loop in the end, so it can easily be pulled out by hand. You'll be amazed how much easier it is to work under the galley sink with the door removed and safely out of harm's way.
