Owner/instructor Derek Dechert is a 1992 graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington. He has been waterskiing since the age of 6. He has been in the Entertainment business for 15 years and is a proud member of both The Director's Guild of America and The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees. When he gets the chance, he also substitute teaches in the Lawrence School District. He is a certified instructor through USA WATERSKI.

currently attending Arizona State University. He has
competed in many different amatuer events as well as
competing on the Arizona State Wakedevils. He is the
founder of the Cathedral High School ski club. Matt
is an employee and team rider for pinecrest marina and
CWB wakeboards.
Instructor Molly Harrison graduated from North Central High School in 2006 and is now attending school for her nursing degree. She has been skiing since age 2 and competing since age 8. Molly is one of the top “Trick Skiers” in the nation. She skied in her first US Water Ski Nationals when she was 9. Molly has won state 9 times, the Midwest Regionals 2 times, and 2nd at the US Water Ski nationals once (but has been in the top 12 for the past 10 years). Molly also holds the State and Midwest Regional Record for Girls 2 Tricks. Molly loves teaching everyone how to ski. She has even taught her Golden Retrieve “Bella” how. Instructor Tom Kruse has been skiing for over 30 years. While living in Michigan he was in the Ford Lake Water Ski Club for 10 years. He performed in the ski shows each summer. Some of his acts included pyramids, adagio, tricks, barefoot, and clowns. He has competed in numerous slalom, trick and barefoot tournaments. Tom also is a father of four - a 17 year old girl, 15 year old twin daughters and a nine year old son. They have been on skiis with dad since they were old enough to walk. Tom loves to ski and enjoys teaching people how to become better skiers. Instructor Scott Cochran is a Senior at Indiana University Bloomington and a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. He is a certified lifeguard in the state of Indiana and is trained in water safety/water rescue and first aid. He has been skiing since the age of 5. He has also competed in numerous local and out-of-state amateur waterski/wakeboard tournaments.
Instructor Brandon Lawler is a 2006 Graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington. In 2005 Brandon placed 2nd in the Advanced Wakeboard Division for the state of Indiana's INT league. He also went on to place 2nd in the nation in Bakersfield California's National championships.
