Oracle-Related Services from CDM

XXX-Oracle Partnership Overview

Company XXX and Oracle Corporation have a corporate-wide software licensing agreement called the Enterprise License Agreement (ELA), which provides licenses for several Oracle products for use by corporate projects.

As part of the ELA, Company XXX agrees to provide a centralized point of contact for all ELA issues and problems. That contact point is the Oracle Support Center within the Corporate Data Management (CDM) group. In addition, Oracle Worldwide Customer Support offers general support services that Company XXX subscribes to.

To foster a better working relationship between Oracle and Company XXX, the CDM group and Oracle's Field Support organization sponsor the DBA Technical Forum.

Product-Specific Services

The CDM group also provides resources specific to the Oracle products listed below.
* Oracle Designer/2000
Describes the services provided by CDM, including support and a users group for sharing tips and techniques about this tool.
* Oracle Discoverer
Provides comparative evaluation of this DSS product compared to other query and reporting tools.
* Oracle Enterprise Manager
Provides configuration procedures, a comparison of OEM and BMC Patrol as distributed database management tools, and links to resources related to OEM.
* Oracle Express
Provides extensive information on this online analytical processing development environment, including links to Oracle white papers, product data sheets, and XXX projects using Oracle Express.
* Oracle Server
Describes the services provided by CDM for the Oracle Server RDBMS product.
* Oracle Web Application Server
Describes the services provided by CDM for this product.
