NOTE.

--The Enumerator will use this Blotter in enumer-
ating the inhabitants of his district, carefully copying
from it the names in the blank returns, which are
to be filed in the office of the  Secretary of State at
Albany and the County Clerk's office of the county
of his residence (see Sec. 10, Chap. 5, Laws of 
1892). The Enumerator will carefully preserve this 
blotter in his own hands, that it may be referred 
to in case the pubic interests demand.
