Write names in this blotter, as well as on final returns, with ink.
In designating sex, use letter "m" for males and letter "f" for females.
Give age at next birthday as age of inhabitant.
Give only the color of colored inhabitants, by the letter "c"; blank lines will designate all whites.
For citizenship, use letter "c"; for aliens, use letter "a."
