Bible published Philadelphia, 326 Chestnut St., by William W. Harding, 1868
Inscribed on flyleaf: "This Bible was presented to Dea. Thomas B. Hibbard
by the members of Columbia Quarter Church of which he was a member in 1870.
In 1895, he gave it to his daughter Lois Arrilla Hibbard Dye. When she was
through with it, it goes to her youngest son, Lenzo C. Dye."

Thomas Hibbard whose father was one of the first settlers of Brookfield.
Was 82 years of age the 6th of last October. Married Miss Adelia Smith
who d 1883, leaving one son Merton T. Married 2d, Miss Clara Dalrymple,
who died several years ago, leaving one son Morrell Hibbard.
George F Hibbard, ae 82 d in Belmont, March 26, 1927, son of Thomas and
Ruth Collins Hibbard; b Brookfield, NY Sept 22, 1844. Married Hattie Allen
of Augusta, NY, after whose death he m (in 1888) Alice Robbins of Farmer's
Valley, Pa, who survives with Edwin Hibbard of Coleville, Pa, and Anna Fillebrown
of Belmont, children of the previous marriage. He was a member of GAR post at
Eldred, Pa.
Irving J Dye veteran of the Civil War, d May 18, 1920 at his home in
Sangerfield. Was b Sangerfield May 18, 1848; enlisted at age of 17 in Co B,
94th N Y V; discharged June 1865. Married Miss Arilla Hibbard of Brookfield
July 4, 1870, who survives with 9 chn: Fred, Mrs Henry Brewer, and Harrison,
all of West Winfield; Zeblon of Unadilla Forks, Lenzo of West Edmeston; William
of West Winfield; one bro Duane, of Earlville; one sister Mrs Henry Beach of
Stockwell; 27 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
