|Granting a pension to John Hoffman, of Madison county, in the||State of New York.|
|1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-|
|2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,|
|3 That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, directed|
|4 to place the name of John Hoffman, of Madison county, in|
|5 the State of New York, on the pension roll, at the rate of|
|6 eight dollars per month, to commence from and after the pas-|
|7 sage of this act, and to continue during his natural life.|
